MAHA Statement on Finance Committee Vote in Support of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s Nomination for Secretary of Health & Human Services

Washington, DC, Feb. 4th, 2025 – Today’s vote by the Senate Finance Committee to advance Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s nomination to the full Senate floor brings us a step closer to restoring and revitalizing the nation’s public health to Make America Healthy Again.

“It has been widely reported that the calls and visits to the Senate from MAHA moms in support of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is the largest grassroots movement for a cabinet nominee that Senators have seen in their careers,” said Del Bigtree, the CEO of MAHA Action.  “This is a testament to Robert F. Kennedy’s leadership and the undeniable truth which is that Americans want to see him confirmed, and that Americans want to be healthy.  Today’s vote tells us that the MAHA message has been heard.  We want to thank the Senate Finance Committee for recognizing that our healthcare system is in need of transformative change, and that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is the right person to lead us in making America healthy again as the next Secretary of HHS.”
