In 2015, Kellogg’s announced plans to remove artificial colors and artificial flavors from their cereals by the end of 2018. It's now 2024 and Kellogg’s still sells several cereals with artificial colors and flavors in America, all of which target young children.

Petition to Ban Artificial Food Dyes
Even worse, Kellogg’s continues launching NEW cereals for children filled with artificial ingredients, such as Minecraft Frosted Flakes and Disney's Little Mermaid Cereal. Unfortunately, Kellogg’s isn’t the only big food company that’s needlessly feeding our children controversial food chemicals that have been linked to ADHD, cancer, and more. For the health and well-being of our children and families across the country, artificial food dyes should be banned and replaced with safer alternatives.
Artificial food dyes, a common ingredient in our children's food, has been linked to hyperactivity, allergic reactions, organ damage, poor gut health, developmental issues, immune disorders and cancer. These artificial food dyes are banned throughout the developed world and affordable, healthy, natural dyes are a readily available alternative.
